Accept the license agreement if prompted to.In the MATLAB installer, sign in with your MathWorks account that you just created.Locate and run your downloaded installer file.Upon activating your account and logging in, you will be given to option to download the software as seen below.

If you wish to change to this new license, we recommend removing your old installation and starting fresh. If you have an existing MATLAB installation, it will continue to work. The installed software does not talk to a license server or require VPN to the OSU network. The license will require yearly reactivation.
Students and faculty are allowed to install MATLAB on up to four personally owned computers. It includes many, but not all MATLAB toolboxes. Oregon State University has subscribed to a Total Academic Headcount (TAH) Student site license for MATLAB.
